• Ensure water hardness between 5-15 dGH.

Filtration:

• Use a good filtration system to maintain water quality, as Panda Garra is sensitive to poor water conditions.

Tank Decor:

• Add driftwood and live plants, as well as smooth river rocks to mimic their natural habitat.

Diet:

• Provide a varied diet including sinking pellets, flakes, and occasional live or frozen foods.
• They may also consume algae, but supplement their diet for optimal health.

Social Behavior:

• Keep them in groups of at least three to reduce stress and encourage natural behaviors.
• Panda Garra is generally peaceful, but monitor for any signs of aggression.

Compatibility:

• Choose tank mates that are peaceful and not aggressive.
• Avoid keeping them with fin-nipping species.
