Tank Setup:

• Provide a tank of at least 20 gallons with a soft substrate to mimic their natural habitat.

Water Parameters:

• Maintain a temperature between 72-78°F (22-26°C).
• Keep the pH level around 6.0 to 7.5.
• Ensure water hardness between 2-15 dGH.

Filtration:

• Use a gentle filtration system to avoid strong currents, as Adolfo's Cory prefers slow to moderate water flow.

Tank Decor:

• Include plants, driftwood, and hiding spots for security.
• Use dim lighting to create a comfortable environment.

Diet:

• Feed a balanced diet of high-quality sinking pellets, flakes, and occasional live or frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp.
• Ensure food reaches the substrate for bottom-feeding.

Social Behavior:

• Keep them in groups of at least six individuals, as they are social fish.
• Choose tank mates that are peaceful and won't outcompete them for food.

Compatibility:

• Avoid aggressive tank mates, and ensure they share similar water parameters.
