Filtration:

• Use a powerful filtration system, as Oscars are messy eaters and produce a lot of waste.

Tank Decor:

• Include sturdy decorations, as Oscars may rearrange the tank.
• Live or artificial plants can be added, but Oscars may uproot them.

Diet:

• Provide a varied diet of high-quality pellets, flakes, and live or frozen foods.
• Oscars appreciate occasional treats like earthworms or crickets.

Social Behavior:

• Oscars are territorial and can be aggressive, especially during breeding.
• Keep them singly or in a large tank with compatible mates of similar size.

Compatibility:
